This section contains all the information and resources you need to make an application for paid employment with Calderdale CAB. You will find both standard documents and when we have vacancies job specific documents .
For the Chief Executives role please contact our District Office, address below, by email & we will send you a copy of the application pack by return.
Additionally you will find documents specific to the post which you may wish to apply for, these typically include; an introductory letter, background information to the post, job description, person specification, plus specific instructions related to making that application. These will be posted as a single PDF document. Some applications will require you to supply us with specific information, either as supplementary information requests or through using specific application forms. Please refer to the instructions in each Job Pack for specific details.
To reduce costs, avoid uneccesary printing and maximise the reach of our recruitment, the bureau will post job vacancies here and prefers to manage the first stage of the application process electronically. This means all the resources which you need to complete your application will be posted on, and downloadable from here. The bureau provides application and equal opportunities monitoring forms as word / rtf documents for candidates to complete electronically and return by email.
However we recognise that compatibility issues and access to IT can prevent candidates applying, consequently PDFs of key documents are available and should you need hard copies of documents please contact district.office@calderdalecab.org.uk or call 01422 340303
